A company is looking for a Life Waiver Claims Associate to review and process life waiver of premium claims for group insurance policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Adjudicate life waiver of premium and total and permanent disability claims to determine liability
- Interpret policy provisions to assess eligibility and resolve customer issues promptly
- Maintain accurate documentation of claims activities and ensure compliance with departmental procedures
Required Qualifications
- College degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook
- Understanding of medical terminology and state regulations (preferred)
- Ability to fluently speak and write Spanish (preferred)
