Life Claims Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Life Waiver Claims Associate to review and process life waiver of premium claims for group insurance policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Adjudicate life waiver of premium and total and permanent disability claims to determine liability
• Interpret policy provisions to assess eligibility and resolve customer issues promptly
• Maintain accurate documentation of claims activities and ensure compliance with departmental procedures

Required Qualifications

• College degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook
• Understanding of medical terminology and state regulations (preferred)
• Ability to fluently speak and write Spanish (preferred)
