Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Operations Manager - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and optimize the Customer Success technology stack, including Salesforce and reporting tools
  • Support cross-functional initiatives to enhance customer journey mapping and training efforts
  • Develop and implement scalable processes for Customer Success workflows and track key performance metrics
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations (B2B SaaS preferred)
  • Proven track record of building operational processes from scratch in a high-growth environment
  • Advanced data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
  • Strong project management skills
  • Administration certifications in CRM and CS platforms, or PMP preferred
