Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Operations Manager - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the Customer Success technology stack, including Salesforce and reporting tools
- Support cross-functional initiatives to enhance customer journey mapping and training efforts
- Develop and implement scalable processes for Customer Success workflows and track key performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Proven track record of building operational processes from scratch in a high-growth environment
- Advanced data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
- Strong project management skills
- Administration certifications in CRM and CS platforms, or PMP preferred
