Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Success to build and scale its global Success organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and lead the Success team, focusing on customer success, onboarding, and solutions
  • Own retention and expansion metrics with direct accountability
  • Design and execute playbooks for enterprise healthcare customers
Qualifications & Skills
  • 7+ years in Success or post-sales leadership, ideally at an early-stage startup
  • Proven track record of owning $20M+ ARR in retention/expansion
  • Experience building a Success organization from scratch and scaling it
  • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS models; healthcare or AI experience preferred
  • Hands-on operator with strong process and metrics discipline
