Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead the Success team, focusing on customer success, onboarding, and solutions
- Own retention and expansion metrics with direct accountability
- Design and execute playbooks for enterprise healthcare customers
Qualifications & Skills
- 7+ years in Success or post-sales leadership, ideally at an early-stage startup
- Proven track record of owning $20M+ ARR in retention/expansion
- Experience building a Success organization from scratch and scaling it
- Deep understanding of B2B SaaS models; healthcare or AI experience preferred
- Hands-on operator with strong process and metrics discipline
