Homeowner Claims Advocate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Homeowner Claims Subrogation Advocate - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manages, researches, and resolves complex customer communications and issues
• Maintains customer connections by understanding and meeting their needs with empathy
• Works with Subrogation Adjusters and Litigation Attorneys to recover funds on complex Property Losses

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in claims handling, particularly with condominium and homeowner claims
• Ability to identify and refer subrogation opportunities
• Experience in documenting claims and maintaining accurate records
• Proven ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
• Experience in providing guidance and mentoring to less senior employees
