Job Summary
A company is looking for a PPE Technical Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support to Emerging/Inside Sales Clients via various communication channels
- Act as a liaison between end-users and the company to resolve issues and ensure timely responses
- Maintain knowledge of the system to assist in client training and support
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of mortgage experience and/or demonstrated technical capabilities
- Experience with mortgage pricing and/or Secondary/lock desk preferred
- Ability to work 10am to 7pm CST, Monday through Friday
- Proactive approach to customer service and issue resolution
