Key Responsibilities
- Administer daily operations of the Patient Engagement Center (PEC) to achieve departmental goals
- Collaborate with leadership to strategize and implement new service offerings
- Motivate and develop staff while cultivating a positive team environment and ensuring operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8 years of experience managing daily operations of contact centers, preferably in healthcare
- 6 years of experience managing teams for exceptional customer experience
- 1 year of experience in new or startup environments with evolving strategies
- Driving may be necessary; proof of driver's license and auto insurance required upon request
