Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Support Analyst 3 (Power Platform Administrator).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the administration, governance, and troubleshooting of the Power Platform Center of Excellence toolkit
- Administer Dynamics 365 CRM, develop and support Power Platform Canvas apps, and manage integrations
- Focus on AI administration and governance of Microsoft 365 Copilot, including user enablement and performance monitoring
Required Qualifications
- At least 8 years of hands-on experience customizing Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze logs and debug applications
- At least 5 years of experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting
- Familiarity with Copilot Studio for automation and governance of Microsoft 365 Copilot features
- Skills in Canvas app development and AI/M365 Copilot governance are highly valued
