Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high-volume portfolio of employer clients with a focus on customer outcomes

Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B SMB or scaled customer success, account management, or sales
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize requests
- Proven ability to build relationships and understand business needs
- Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities as the company scales
- Experience with an enterprise CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is preferred
