A company is looking for a Customer Order Management Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate order status and product information to customers
- Process customer returns and partner with the billing team to resolve disputed charges
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and web chat while documenting account details
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ year of customer service, call center, or medical industry experience
- Ability to calculate discounts, percentages, and commissions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database systems
- Experience with call center phone systems/dialers is a plus
