Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Center Representative to provide support and assistance in a service-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls, dispatching responses as needed
  • Provide compassionate customer support and monitor medical alerts and alarms
  • Record call details and maintain accurate customer information in the system
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 0-1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare setting
  • Proficient typing skills (35 WPM) and familiarity with customer service software
  • Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and flexible hours as needed
  • Minimum internet speeds of 25Mbps download and 5Mbps upload required
