A company is looking for a Care Center Representative to provide support and assistance in a service-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls, dispatching responses as needed
- Provide compassionate customer support and monitor medical alerts and alarms
- Record call details and maintain accurate customer information in the system
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 0-1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare setting
- Proficient typing skills (35 WPM) and familiarity with customer service software
- Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and flexible hours as needed
- Minimum internet speeds of 25Mbps download and 5Mbps upload required
