Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to work remotely as part of the Mac Tool team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer an average of 80 inbound calls per day and provide service using internal systems
  • Take product orders, research customer account charges and credits, and handle complaint resolution
  • Represent the company professionally through quality phone conversations and written correspondence
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service with a focus on providing quality support
  • Ability to adapt and prioritize work to meet customer needs
  • Strong follow-up and cross-functional skills
  • Willingness to continuously improve personal skill sets through training
  • Competence in using internal systems such as AS400, Web, and Salesforce
