Job Summary
A company is looking for a Post Sales Web - Customer Experience Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Define requirements, document, and manage projects for customer-experience improvements on the website
- Collaborate with IT, Marketing, and Sales to ensure effective scope delivery and defect resolution
- Support web authors and content owners in optimizing web content and managing content-related issues
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree (or equivalent) with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the Web/Digital/Technology space
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and 2+ years of content management experience on the platform
- Project management experience in a fast-paced environment with multiple teams
- Knowledge of digital marketing practices and experience collaborating with technical teams
- Expertise in Microsoft Office; SharePoint and Yammer experience preferred
