Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with 30-60 paying customers to ensure retention and growth
- Monitor product usage and revenue data to proactively address customer health and concerns
- Gather customer feedback and communicate it effectively to the wider team
Required Qualifications
- In-depth understanding of the company's products, including technical aspects like feature flags and data warehousing
- Strong customer focus to effectively assist users and eliminate usage barriers
- Able to manage and prioritize effectively for a customer base of around 50 clients
- Experience with similar technologies, such as product analytics or developer tools, is preferred
- Previous experience in a Pre-sales or Technical Account Manager role is advantageous
