A company is looking for a Warranty Submission Specialist to manage warranty labor and parts rate increase requests for automotive manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities
- Review customer pay repair orders in accordance with manufacturer and state law requirements
- Calculate average labor rates and parts markups based on qualifying repair orders
- Prepare and submit complete filing packages to the manufacturer, ensuring compliance with guidelines and deadlines
Qualifications & Skills Needed
- 1-2 years of experience in a dealership service department (e.g., warranty administration, service advisor)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and document preparation
- Ability to interpret and follow manufacturer policies and guidelines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
