Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their business needs and present product opportunities
- Drive product adoption and recommend long-term strategies for customer success
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while retaining and renewing customer accounts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 5+ years in Account Management, Business Development, or Customer Success, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Knowledge of contact center operations and WFO products
- Consultative approach to understanding customer needs and translating them into solutions
- Ability to manage core accounts, including financial and contract aspects
