A company is looking for a Tier 2, Technical Support Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries regarding the Optos Panoramic200 device
- Troubleshoot network problems and log interactions into the CRM system
- Remotely install and troubleshoot software, perform data migration, and escalate critical issues
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of Technical Support experience
- Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems and MS Office applications
- PC hardware and configuration skills
- Intermediate IT networking knowledge
