- Oversee Gainsight adoption and leverage data insights to manage churn risk and customer behaviors
- Collaborate with account teams to develop strategic success plans aligned with business objectives
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of client-facing work experience in customer success or related fields
- 1-3 years of experience building and leading high-performing Enterprise teams
- Proven track record of delivering business targets and quotas
- Ability to manage influence through persuasion and negotiation
