Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and provide front-line customer service to patients, physicians, and staff
- Schedule and coordinate simple and complex patient appointments for various clinics
- Prioritize patient problems and provide appropriate instructions to ensure positive outcomes
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Demonstrated customer service experience in a medical or fast-paced retail environment
- Call center experience preferred
