Certified Peer Recovery Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Certified Peer Recovery Coach to serve as a Contingency Management (CM) Guide.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly videoconference sessions with members to navigate the app and enhance their recovery experience
• Collaborate with members to set SMART recovery goals and create personalized paths for sustainable change
• Connect members with recovery resources, treatment providers, and community supports to build comprehensive care networks

Required Qualifications

• Current Certified Peer Recovery Support certification and SUD credentials
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field (extensive recovery experience may substitute)
• Previous experience as a Recovery Coach or in a comparable peer support role
• Experience working with diverse populations in recovery settings
• Knowledge of substance use disorders and recovery principles
