Service Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Advisor to support strategic accounts and manage fleet repairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and organize estimate requests from technicians and clients
• Manage communication with technicians and Fleet Managers to build accurate quotes
• Schedule services based on part availability and manage work order status communications

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of automotive/technical experience
• Prior technician/mechanic experience is preferred
• Familiarity with key vehicle parts
• Dealership service advisor experience preferred
• Strong computer skills and ability to interact in fleet systems
