A company is looking for a Service Advisor to support strategic accounts and manage fleet repairs.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and organize estimate requests from technicians and clients
- Manage communication with technicians and Fleet Managers to build accurate quotes
- Schedule services based on part availability and manage work order status communications
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of automotive/technical experience
- Prior technician/mechanic experience is preferred
- Familiarity with key vehicle parts
- Dealership service advisor experience preferred
- Strong computer skills and ability to interact in fleet systems
