Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative I to support their After-Care Team in Austin.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a high level of satisfaction for customers by addressing inquiries and concerns
  • Liaise between customers and technicians to provide updates on repairs and loaner devices
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, equipment returns, and repair statuses
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum two-year associate degree or 2 years of experience in a remote customer service environment
  • Must have a designated workspace with minimal distractions
  • 1-3 years of data entry experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to troubleshoot basic IT issues
  • Resourceful, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
