Key Responsibilities
- Address, troubleshoot, resolve, and communicate data quality issues
- Act as a key point of contact for Client Service and data inquiry communication
- Monitor and identify patterns in client inquiries to influence process changes
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in a related field
- Ability to think conceptually and analytically
- Industry experience in Home Durables is a plus
