Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Contact Center Representative to provide exceptional service and support to customers regarding retirement plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers through inbound calls, educating them on retirement plans and responding to inquiries
  • Build relationships with customers to foster trust and confidence in addressing their financial needs
  • Strive for first call resolution and take ownership of customer issues while suggesting process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • College degree with 1+ years of customer service experience, or high school diploma/GED with 3+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus but not mandatory
  • Proficiency in basic computer functions and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Availability to work any shift between 7:30 AM and 10 PM EST, Monday through Friday
  • Bi-lingual candidates may qualify for a pay differential
