Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Contact Center Representative to provide exceptional service and support to customers regarding retirement plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers through inbound calls, educating them on retirement plans and responding to inquiries
- Build relationships with customers to foster trust and confidence in addressing their financial needs
- Strive for first call resolution and take ownership of customer issues while suggesting process improvements
Required Qualifications
- College degree with 1+ years of customer service experience, or high school diploma/GED with 3+ years of customer service experience
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus but not mandatory
- Proficiency in basic computer functions and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Availability to work any shift between 7:30 AM and 10 PM EST, Monday through Friday
- Bi-lingual candidates may qualify for a pay differential
