Registered Nurse Case Management Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Case Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, training, and mentoring to Case Managers to ensure adherence to Case Management standards
• Collaborate with management to maintain and implement policies and procedures, and oversee case management processes
• Monitor team performance, manage caseloads, and lead quality assurance initiatives to improve service delivery

Required Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited college, university, or school of nursing
• 3 years of experience in a clinical role with direct patient care responsibilities
• Experience in Utilization Management or Case Management
• Current, active, and unrestricted compact Registered Nurse license
• Current Certified Case Manager (CCM) Certificate preferred or must pursue within three years of employment
