Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and provide information by navigating electronic directories and databases
  • Process calls for multiple hospital sites and handle special protocols for various teams
  • Perform data entry tasks and assist individuals in emergency situations
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One year of call or contact center experience or two years of customer service experience
  • Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) Certification is preferred
  • Experience in healthcare or a related field is preferred
