Senior Casualty Claim Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Casualty Claim Specialist to join their Claims organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and negotiate settlements for Homeowners Liability and similar claims
• Adjust reserves and provide recommendations to ensure compliance with corporate policies
• Communicate with all parties involved and maintain detailed claim files with professional documentation

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Four-year college degree
• 5+ years of experience handling Homeowners liability or similar claims at an insurance carrier
• Subrogation experience preferred but not required
• Licensing or ability to become licensed in all states where policies are written
• Strong technical understanding of insurance coverage and claim procedures
