Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in a Customer Service role with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
- Comfortable with technology and eCommerce environments
