• Provide a world-class member experience during drug screening care
• Facilitate video drug screens and determine results while maintaining professionalism
• Educate and support members in navigating drug screening options and requirements

Required Qualifications:

• One or more years of healthcare experience preferred
• Passion for providing excellent customer service to diverse populations
• Familiarity with addiction recovery and harm reduction is a plus
• Strong analytical ability
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
