Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Verification Representative to work from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between patients, healthcare professionals, and insurance carriers to resolve insurance-related issues
• Process patient prescription orders and handle inbound and outbound calls daily
• Utilize multiple systems and portals to ensure timely delivery of services

Required Qualifications

• Must reside within 75 miles of Raleigh, NC or Monroeville, PA
• 1+ years of experience in a healthcare environment, particularly with medical insurance and benefits verification
• 1+ years of experience with Windows-based applications including Microsoft Office
• 1+ years of computer keyboarding experience
• Direct/hardwired internet connection and a secure home workspace are required
