Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between patients, healthcare professionals, and insurance carriers to resolve insurance-related issues
- Process patient prescription orders and handle inbound and outbound calls daily
- Utilize multiple systems and portals to ensure timely delivery of services
Required Qualifications
- Must reside within 75 miles of Raleigh, NC or Monroeville, PA
- 1+ years of experience in a healthcare environment, particularly with medical insurance and benefits verification
- 1+ years of experience with Windows-based applications including Microsoft Office
- 1+ years of computer keyboarding experience
- Direct/hardwired internet connection and a secure home workspace are required
