Key Responsibilities
- Address simple requests and complaints related to California claim operations via telephone, email, or voicemail
- Utilize call center software to manage inquiries and assist with claim setup and entry
- Maintain professionalism while performing tasks under close supervision and following established guidelines
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma is required
- Experience in California billing claims, claims processing, or claims operations support is required
- Preferred experience in California workers' compensation claims
- Must be available to work Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Pacific Time
