Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Success Coordinator, fully remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate assigned Client case load efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Communicate with team members regarding scheduling and Client changes, and manage caregiver attendance
- Maintain documentation of Client communication and ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in health sciences, social work, or nursing preferred
- 2+ years of experience in home care, healthcare, or human/social services industry
- Ability to manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment
- History of achieving high customer service satisfaction rates
