Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Support Engineer to provide advanced technical support for software issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide enterprise-level technical support to customers via phone and ticketing systems
  • Manage technical support cases and ensure compliance with SLA guidelines
  • Document technical solutions and publish knowledge base articles for internal and customer use
Required Qualifications
  • 5 or more years of related experience in technical support or systems administration
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for software applications and distributed cloud environments (AWS)
  • Experience with AWS services such as S3, EC2, IAM, and CloudWatch
  • Advanced understanding of Microsoft Exchange and SMTP messaging architecture
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, and IIS
