Key Responsibilities
- Provide enterprise-level technical support to customers via phone and ticketing systems
- Manage technical support cases and ensure compliance with SLA guidelines
- Document technical solutions and publish knowledge base articles for internal and customer use
Required Qualifications
- 5 or more years of related experience in technical support or systems administration
- Strong troubleshooting skills for software applications and distributed cloud environments (AWS)
- Experience with AWS services such as S3, EC2, IAM, and CloudWatch
- Advanced understanding of Microsoft Exchange and SMTP messaging architecture
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, and IIS
