Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze policy change requests for completeness and compliance
- Input and maintain policy data accurately across multiple system platforms
- Perform basic risk assessments and ensure adherence to regulations
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in insurance and customer service, with exposure to policy change processes
- High school diploma or GED required; additional training in insurance or business is a plus
- Familiarity with life insurance and complex health policy administration preferred
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated integrity, sound judgment, and willingness to learn new processes and systems
