Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Delivery Associate to provide technical and customer assistance to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with customers to gather requirements and set up accounts on the document management platform
- Assist with version upgrades, UAT testing, and provide training to clients on product functionality
- Configure systems/templates for new clients and troubleshoot client issues related to system functionality
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Financial or Information Systems
- Advanced knowledge of technology, including MS Office and financial reporting software
- Experience in overseeing work conducted by junior staff and reviewing for accuracy
