Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of Customer Support Specialists to provide timely and empathetic support
- Own and drive team performance metrics through coaching and development
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve billing support processes and ensure compliance
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Service or Support, particularly in Live Chat and Phone channels
- Proven leadership experience managing a team of 8-10 people
- Understanding of insurance benefits and ability to explain complex concepts
- Data-driven mindset with experience in building and analyzing performance metrics
- Basic knowledge of medical coding/billing and platforms like Claim MD or Availity is a plus
