Required Qualifications
  • Experience in Customer Service or Support, particularly in Live Chat and Phone channels
  • Proven leadership experience managing a team of 8-10 people
  • Understanding of insurance benefits and ability to explain complex concepts
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in building and analyzing performance metrics
  • Basic knowledge of medical coding/billing and platforms like Claim MD or Availity is a plus
