A company is looking for a Senior Clinical Administrative Coordinator for the Community Transitions Program.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial telephonic triage and transfer calls to the clinical team for assessment
- Document pertinent information accurately and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and meet quality and productivity metrics
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of call center or telephonic customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
- 1+ years of healthcare experience or social work/community outreach experience
- 1+ years of experience with the Medicare or Medicaid populations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
