Licensed Pre-Approval Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre-Approval Coordinator to support the loan process for borrowers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by assisting clients with understanding loan programs and documentation
• Review and audit loan files for accuracy and completeness, ensuring loan stability
• Manage a pipeline of various loan types and assist in pre-underwriting to support loan approvals

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of residential mortgage processing experience preferred
• Familiarity with Encompass LOS preferred
• Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and mortgage regulations
• Experience with DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook, and Windows
