Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (Mid-Market).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with midmarket customers, serving as their primary point of contact
  • Guide customers through onboarding and solution implementation to ensure a seamless experience
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address issues to ensure satisfaction and retention


Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role in a SaaS cybersecurity company
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts and industry trends
  • Experience working with customers larger than 1000 employees and with significant annual recurring revenue
