Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with midmarket customers, serving as their primary point of contact
- Guide customers through onboarding and solution implementation to ensure a seamless experience
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address issues to ensure satisfaction and retention
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role in a SaaS cybersecurity company
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts and industry trends
- Experience working with customers larger than 1000 employees and with significant annual recurring revenue
