Job Summary
A company is looking for a Solutions Architect (post sales).
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to define success metrics, advise on implementation scope and timelines, and provide onboarding support
- Monitor customer health and success metrics, advocate for customer needs, and recommend improvements to internal processes
- Deliver training sessions, provide ongoing technical guidance, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer challenges
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as solutions architect or support engineer
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field preferred
- Experience with web development languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and REST APIs
- Applied experience with a web app development framework or general-purpose programming languages (e.g., Python, Ruby, PHP)
- Ability to thrive in startup environments and build processes from scratch
