Key Responsibilities
- Support large volumes of inbound and outbound contacts promptly
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions
- Maintain detailed records of contacts in the agent ticketing system
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required, Associates Degree preferred
- A minimum of 1 year customer service experience with high levels of engagement
- Basic understanding of health insurance terminology preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a remote contact center environment
- Strong data entry skills and proficiency in using a PC with multiple applications
