Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mechanical Product Support Customer Service Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responds to technical and part-related questions from customers and employees via multiple communication platforms
  • Troubleshoots and diagnoses light industrial products such as generators and pressure washers
  • Communicates warranty claims information to the Technical Service Representative Level II group
Required Qualifications:
  • High school education or equivalent
  • At least one year of college or related technical training is preferred
  • 1-3 years of customer service or sales experience, preferably in a contact center
  • Mechanical aptitude related to light industrial products
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills related to light industrial products
