Job Summary
A company is looking for a Mechanical Product Support Customer Service Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responds to technical and part-related questions from customers and employees via multiple communication platforms
- Troubleshoots and diagnoses light industrial products such as generators and pressure washers
- Communicates warranty claims information to the Technical Service Representative Level II group
Required Qualifications:
- High school education or equivalent
- At least one year of college or related technical training is preferred
- 1-3 years of customer service or sales experience, preferably in a contact center
- Mechanical aptitude related to light industrial products
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills related to light industrial products
