Key Responsibilities
- Build and optimize AI Agent flows across various channels to resolve customer inquiries while maintaining brand voice
- Design automation workflows throughout the customer experience tech stack for tasks like ticket triage and order lookups
- Monitor AI performance and establish QA programs to assess success across customer interactions
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in customer experience, operations, or product management roles, preferably in e-commerce
- 1-2+ years of hands-on experience with AI and conversational automation tools
- Experience with conversational AI platforms and helpdesk software
- Strong analytical skills with data analysis and reporting tools
- Experience managing knowledge management systems and content workflows
