Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Community Outreach Representative - Duals.

Key Responsibilities

• Present the Duals Program and its benefits to the 65+ MassHealth populations
• Meet enrollment goals through outreach and sales activities, including presentations and follow-ups
• Develop partnerships with community organizations and maintain lead tracking for sales activities

Required Qualifications

• Experience in community outreach or sales, preferably in healthcare
• Knowledge of the 65+ MassHealth population and related services
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Familiarity with lead generation and enrollment processes
• Completion of required certifications and training within specified timelines
