Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist in a SaaS or professional services organization
- Prior experience with UAS
- Experience with tools such as Excel, Hubspot, Zendesk, and Slack
- Proven track record in a fast-paced and high-growth environment
- Ability to manage various stakeholders and build cross-functional relationships
