A company is looking for a Manager of Customer Success to lead a dedicated Account Management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a digital marketing Account Manager Team to enhance client satisfaction and account growth
- Implement retention and growth strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide tailored client solutions
- Track KPIs, maintain client records, and identify upselling opportunities to improve service delivery
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 2+ years of experience managing high-performing customer success teams
- 5+ years of account and client management experience with a proven record of achieving retention and growth targets
- 5+ years of experience with CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft or Google Office Suite
- Digital Marketing experience preferred but not required
- Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
