A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative who will provide support in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from customers and identify their needs regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims
- Document information in computer systems while actively listening to customer inquiries
- Resolve issues in real-time or through follow-up communication with providers
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Ability to complete a 5-week paid training program successfully
- Flexibility to work any 8-hour shift during normal business hours
