Key Responsibilities
- Address inquiries from providers and provide effective troubleshooting and guidance
- Engage in proactive outreach to providers and track the impact of communications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address provider concerns and improve processes
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
- 4+ years of experience in customer service, technical support, or provider operations
- Experience in handling complex support inquiries and resolving issues independently
- Familiarity with CRM tools and internal systems
- Advanced coursework or certification in customer experience or healthcare operations is a plus
