Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Support Representative III to join their Network and Clinical Quality team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address inquiries from providers and provide effective troubleshooting and guidance
  • Engage in proactive outreach to providers and track the impact of communications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address provider concerns and improve processes


Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
  • 4+ years of experience in customer service, technical support, or provider operations
  • Experience in handling complex support inquiries and resolving issues independently
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and internal systems
  • Advanced coursework or certification in customer experience or healthcare operations is a plus
