Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French and English).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers, agents, and clients, addressing insurance-related inquiries
• Assist customers with problem resolution and ensure accurate information is entered into the system
• Process policies and related documents while maintaining productivity and accuracy standards

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least six months of customer service-related experience
• Fluency in English and French (speaking, spelling, and grammar)
• Availability to work specified hours, including weekends
• This position is not eligible for remote work in the state of Maine
