Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Customer Service Call and Chat Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the advocate for providers by resolving issues and demonstrating accountability
  • Provide support through multiple channels including calls, chats, and emails
  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure timely resolution of provider issues
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience with computers and the ability to navigate complex systems
  • Availability to work full-time, including possible overtime and weekends
