A company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist I who must reside in Indiana.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist members or providers with routine service inquiries, including claims processing and eligibility inquiries
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and State regulations while maintaining accurate documentation of communications
- Build relationships with members or providers by providing quality customer service and resolving issues in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Two (2) years of customer service experience is preferred
- Customer service experience in a call center is preferred
- Proficiency in a Windows environment
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
