Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist I who must reside in Indiana.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist members or providers with routine service inquiries, including claims processing and eligibility inquiries
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and State regulations while maintaining accurate documentation of communications
  • Build relationships with members or providers by providing quality customer service and resolving issues in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Two (2) years of customer service experience is preferred
  • Customer service experience in a call center is preferred
  • Proficiency in a Windows environment
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
